MizzBee Boutique was started as the owner was an affiliate rep for other companies and could really see the short falls and the special touches which were missing in other companies. The owner wanted a safe space to grow and thrive and not to just "cash in" on sales but make it profitable for everyone and to ensure staff were rewarded for there hard work instead of just a "well done" in a chat!
